In December ’24 we will welcome bass baritone Iestyn Edwards for what should be highly entertaining presentation based on his memoir My Tutu wentAWOL He is an Olivier Award winning performer who draws on his experiences entertaining troops in Iraq and Afghanistan. He trained at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama and had a tutorship in singing at the Guildhall School of Acting. His performance features a mix of singing, dancing and story telling is sure to be a hit and just the thing for our festive Christmas meeting. Reviews variously describe his performance as “hilarious, funny, mad, silly, with sobering glimpses of reality for a soldier at war”
